Hi Bob,

I've tried to use SearchDigger to find the keyword "camtasia" (as in the Camtasia screen capture application). SD says "no results for this item." the problem is that as I'm writing this, there are two Buy It Now Camtasia listings on eBay. Am I missing something here?

Steve,

Were the auctions < 4 hours old.  It would seem that auctions don't show up in the web service until they are at least 4 hours old.  This isn't always the case, but it seems to be true a lot.

That's a possibility. I didn't check, though. I'll look for that next search. If I run into anything weird, I'll let you know.

I've noticed this problem as well with a few auctions that were very fresh. I checked back repeatedly and still nothing, from close to the listing time to almost 12 hours later.
